21. Manure Adjustment

Six manure adjustment BMPs are included in imWEBs. They are generated in a similar fashion.

  1. Manure Incorporation within 48 hours

  2. Manure Application Setback

  3. No application on snow

  4. Spring application rather than fall application

  5. Application based on soil nitrogen limit

  6. Application based on soil phosphorus limit

Warning

These BMPs are not supported in the subarea-based engine.

Location

The only input for each BMP is the location specified using a polygon shapefile defined in [manure_adjustment_bmp] section. One example is given below.
